Since 2015, Avanti Projects have continued to build on their team of residential and commercial construction experts enabling them to deliver on an extensive range of residential and commercial construction requirements. Each team member adopts the core philosophy of open and honest communication coupled with a complete customer commitment to ensure that all stakeholder experiences are exemplary in every way. This extensive knowledge and devotion to customer delivery and service, combined with established partnerships across the full gamut of trades and services, is a key ingredient to Avanti Projects’ outstanding success.

Director

Vince Furfaro

Vince is the Project Manager Lead and director for Avanti, leading the team in projects and client relations.

He brings more than 15 years’ experience in construction management delivering projects across the commercial, education, government and residential sectors.

With a genuine passion for the industry, Vince has been able to deliver successful projects and maintain long standing relationships with his clients resulting in repeat work.

His passion and commitment to his clients is evident in Vince being awarded multiple Master Builders Association awards for residential projects in 2018 and 2020.

Design Manager

Sally Furfaro

Sally is the Design Manager at Avanti, responsible for fostering high performing project teams, enabling Avanti to deliver customer driven and competitive solutions for their clients.
Sally has more than 13 years’ experience in design including project management, building design, 3D computer aided drafting, detailing, specifying, and construction administration. Her project experience ranges from small scaled residential projects to high rise mixed-use developments consisting of 256 units.

Sally has led the design of complex projects in a wide range of building types. She oversees the design of all projects from concept to construction documentation whilst working closely with a team of designers.

Since joining the Avanti team, Sally has become actively involved with many of our most technically demanding projects. Sally provides the Avanti team with intelligent solutions and valued engineering for clients and delivery teams. Sally will work collaboratively with pre contract and design teams from initial concept phase through to design development and construction phase to provide the best possible solution for each project. With an eye for technical coordination, documentation, and construction administration, she keeps communication flowing between consultants, the design team, and the client. Her role is an integral part of any project team.

Senior Site Manager

Robert Furfaro

Robert is a Senior Site Manager at Avanti Projects. He has more than 13 years’ experience working in plumbing, carpentry and cladding. He has extensive knowledge of the hydraulic and roofing trades and has a sound understanding of site management and the construction process.

Robert’s focus is on quality, being hands on and maintaining strong relationships with his clients and subcontractors.

Robert has completed a certificate in Plumbing at Miller TAFE.

Project Manager

Luca Marongiu

Luca is a Project Manager at Avanti Projects proficient in liaising with Subcontractors, Clients, Consultants, Council and other Stakeholders. Luca’s experience covers mixed use developments from $10 – $25 million.

Luca has completed a bachelor of construction and project management at University of Technology Sydney.
